Last night I returned home and realized there was no meat defrosted in time to build, so I'm looking in the pantry and found the bangkrapong smoked salmon for the first time. I'll tell you what, I don't like to fish salmon, but I do not have a fishy salmon steak kinda girl me too. However, like smoked salmon and salmon patties as you like.
Therefore, I decided to make one of my childhood Favorites, salmon croquettes, here is what I am dust together fast, easy, healthy and yummy.

1 jalapeƱo, chopped finely

Ground pepper to taste
4 egg whites (I use egg whites in a package).
1/1-almonds 1 cup flour 2 (paleo) or off your favorite bread.
Of garlic
Salt (to taste)
Mix all together. Form into patties and fry them in olive oil or pam on medium heat until soft and Brown, according to the company, with the tomato sauce if you are a girl (or guy), I, or top with salsa and sour cream and low fat and/or totally delish!!
Note: you do not need to use it. I just doubled what called for some additional protein to knock up.
